Working as a volunteer both at home and abroad, has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my veterinary career. It has led to lifelong friendships and connections as well as a growing understanding of myself and a deep sense of gratitude and contentment.
As veterinary professionals our experience and skills are needed in communities around the world to improve animal health, advocate for animal welfare and work with one health initiatives to make a positive difference in our world.

With extensive experience as a volunteer veterinarian, to date I have worked with more than eight different animal welfare organizations in 7 different countries around the world.
